Jean Daniel BEURNIER
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A graduate in technology, Jean-Daniel Beurnier set up his first company at the age of 22 and founded Avenir Telecom aged 28. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he controls all of the Group’s strategic processes and overseas the daily business of the management committee.
He is the principal shareholder in Avenir Telecom, both directly and through the holding company OXO, of which he holds 60.5%.
In 2002, he was appointed as French Foreign Trade Adviser by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. |

Robert SCHIANO LAMORIELLO
Acting General Manager
With a technical-commercial BTS (advanced technical degree), Robert Schiano Lamoriello is one of the founders of Avenir Telecom and holds 39.5% of the holding company OXO.
He manages all the operational teams in France involved, both in wholesale activities (Avenir Telecom) and retail (Internity). |

Agnès TIXIER
Finance Director
A graduate of ICN and holder of a DECS (Awarded Certified Accountant Degree), Agnes Tixier was previously the Finance Director of the SHB hotel group.
She joined Avenir Telecom in 1997 and managed its stock market listing in 1998. She is responsible for all accounting and financial information processes. She also monitors growth operations, treasury and legal matters and supervises relations with investors, financial partners and the stock market. |

Pierre BADUEL
Audit and Financial Control Director
A chartered accountant and former statutory auditor, Pierre Baduel was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand Audit (PriceWaterhouse Coopers), before joining the Avenir Telecom Group in 1999.
He is responsible for group internal auditing, and manages the accounting, organisational and data processing teams. |

Philippe GIMIE
Group HR Director
A bachelor of economics from the University of Aix-Marseille, Philippe held managerial positions in a subsidiary of COGEMA in the training and risk prevention departments, before moving to the Avenir Telecom Group in 2000. Initially a human resources manager he was promoted to director level for several subsidiaries, before being named as Director of Human Resources for the Group in March 2005. |

Philippe AUGAN
International Director
Philippe holds a university degree in Business Organisation and Production Management, and is a graduate in Management and Business Strategy. He joined the Group in 1996 as the IT System Director, before being appointed General Manager for several subsidiaries of the Group. He joined he International Managing team in November 2004, with sole responsibility of Romania and Bulgaria. |

Veronique BEAUME
Group Financial Control Director
With 2 Master degrees in Finance and after five years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit, Véronique joined Avenir Telecom in 2005, to head-up the Finance Control Department for the Group. She is responsible for financial data control and analyses, on a monthly basis, for each subsidiary, including the supervision of their budget spendings and investments requirements, as well as the production of all consolidated financial documents required by the Group. |

Franck BEAUVARLET
Group Sales Director for Accessories
A graduate for Bordeaux ESC business school, Franck worked with SFR, in their commercial department, for 7 years as Key Account Manager, before joining Avenir Telecom France in June 06, as mobile phones and accessories Buying Director. He then moved onto a new role, at Group level, in charge of Group mobile phone and accessories buying co-ordination, for all subsidiaries. He is in charge of defining the product buying strategy for the Group and for each subsidiary, as well as heading-up global negotiation deals with all our main suppliers. |

Alexandre BRAUN
Head of Group Services Developments
A graduate from IPAG and with a Master degree in Marketing and Commercial Communication, Alexandre worked in various commercial and marketing roles, developing new services and products with Mediapost and Mappy. He joined the Avenir Telecom Group in June 08 to head-up services developments, at B2B and B2C levels, throughout all subsidiaries. |
